Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
LUSEONS will provide a portrait preview via email within 48 hours of placing your order. And start product production after passing your approval.
All orders usually ship within 5 working days after you approve the portrait. This may increase slightly during sales. Transit times vary by country (listed below).
NOTE: If there are issues with your order (for example, needing new pet photos), this will understandably extend your production time.
We also send a preview of the portrait to all our clients and ask for your approval before printing.
So the faster you approve, the faster we ship! All orders are shipped with tracking, you will receive your tracking number in an email.
NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (October/November/December) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

If your order's delivery time exceeds the above estimated time frame by more than 2 working days.
First, please contact LUSEONS's customer service department via email (service@luseons.com) and provide your order number. LUSEONS will reply to you within 8 hours and provide reasons and solutions for logistics delays.
LUSEONS will also provide you with website discount codes and gift cards to compensate you for losses caused by logistics delays.
